Shipping & Returns
You can return or exchange any item purchased QISSA.COM.AU within 14 days from the delivery date.
Please note that such product categories are not refundable, no matter what the product name itself is online:
- Tights, socks, stockings.
- Lingerie: underwear, briefs, tops, sconces, bras, bodysuits.
Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, including original tags and packaging.
Fill out the return form and put it the box with returned product. In the case of lack of the form, processing time may be considerably delayed.
Qissa reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in its original and unaltered condition.
You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase. It will be made within 5 working days counting from the date of the delivery of the item to our warehouse. Return cost is paid by client. Duties, taxes and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All refunds will be processed back via your original payment method.
- We do not refund original shipping fees for your order.
Sale items:
- We offer 14 day returns on sale items for an exchange or store credit.\
- If you choose to exchange or apply for a store credit you will be charged $9 for your return shipping label, but the return shipping cost for your exchange back to you will be free! You can also choose to send the return back to us using a service of your choice.
- We do not offer refunds on sale items.
Other Returns & Exchanges:
- All returns must be in original condition with swing tags attached. Garments that have been worn, have marks or perfume cannot be returned.
- We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
- We process all returns within 1-2 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
- Please return and exchange items in the provided packaging to help ensure the life of the product while in-transit.
- Store credit is issued via a Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase, valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- Gift cards can not be refunded.
